  悬挂输送链采用滚珠轴承作为链条走轮，导轮均选用16Mn材质经过深加工而成。能随意转弯、爬升、能适应各种地理环境条件。该输送线主要用在车间内的物料空中配送上，链条节距常用的有150、200、206、240、250、300（mm）等，。主体结构采用碳钢制作。
　　悬挂输送链可以自由选择输送线路，能有效地利用空间﹑节省人力﹑提高工作效率﹐主要是由链条﹑轨道﹑吊具﹑支架﹑传动座和调整座等组件组成。采用变频调速控制系统。 广泛适用于工件的远距离输送、楼层提升、空中储存、送料等工艺以及自动化涂装生产线。
　　悬挂输送链适用于工厂之烤漆，金属涂装，生产组装线上，如家具厂，自行车厂，电子厂，电镀厂，五金厂，牛皮制品厂，汽车厂等。
　　悬挂链线体长度 ：300m，超过300需2个动力装置。
　　悬挂链线体高度：可变，由客户选定。
　　悬挂链输送速度：变频调速、无级调速。
　　悬挂链负荷：链条节距为150mm，负荷重量8kg；链条节距为200mm，负荷重量30kg；链条节距为300mm，负荷重量60kg。
